Please charge my account for the $50 deposit for each person listed above.
             (1 person = $50, 2 people = $100, 3 people = $150, etc.)

Please sign us up today but do not bill my account. I will pay by check before 2/2/2010

   ** I understand that there must be sufficient funds in my account before 2/2/2010 to guarantee my reservation.
